For purposes of these Terms, “Company” refers to Parnassah AI LLC, the legal entity that owns and operates the Parnassah.ai platform.
The Service provides AI-powered tools including conversational assistance, financial organization, document analysis, meeting preparation and transcription, and content generation features. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.
Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The Service does not provide legal, financial, accounting, medical, or other professional advice.
You are solely responsible for verifying all outputs before relying on them.
Financial features (including expense tracking, categorization, and reporting) are provided for informational and organizational purposes only and do not constitute accounting, tax, or financial advice.
You are solely responsible for all financial decisions and compliance.
The Service may include audio recording and transcription features. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including obtaining consent from participants where required.
The Company is not responsible for misuse of recording or transcription features.
You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt systems, or violate any applicable laws.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Pricing and plans may change with notice.
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
Usage may be subject to fair use limits to maintain performance and system stability. We reserve the right to apply limits or restrict usage.
The Service relies on third-party providers including AI systems, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, and other external services. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, products, or content.
Some links or recommendations provided through the Service may be affiliate links. This means the Company may earn a commission or referral fee if you click a link or make a purchase through a third-party site.
Any such commissions do not increase the price you pay unless expressly stated otherwise. However, you are solely responsible for evaluating any product, vendor, service, price, availability, or claim before making a purchase or relying on a recommendation.
